采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)建立了污水中12种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的同时测定方法。样品中加入100 mg/L的抗坏血酸减少基质干扰,采用正己烷液液萃取(正己烷:样品=250:1,体积比),优化萃取条件后利用GC-MS法测定有机相,内标法定量。结果表明,12种PAEs在10~1000 µg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(

)大于0.99;方法检出限和定量下限分别为0.004~0.068 μg/L和0.013~0.227 μg/L;平均加标回收率为84.0%~122%,相对标准偏差为0.23%~19%。利用该方法对珠三角5家不同处理工艺污水处理厂实际进水样品中的PAEs进行测定,除常见的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己基酯外,还检出邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。该方法具有较好的准确性及稳定性,适用于实际污水样品中痕量PAEs的准确分析测定。
In this study, a method for simultaneous determination of 12 phthalate esters (PAEs) in wastewater using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established. For each sample, 100 mg/L of ascorbic acid was added to reduce matrix interference; then, liquid–liquid extraction was performed using
n
-hexane (250:1, volume ratio). Following optimization of the extraction conditions, the organic phase was determined via GC-MS and quantified using the internal standard method. The results revealed good linearity for the 12 PAEs in the concentration range of 10 to 1000 µg/L, with correlation coefficients (

0.99. The limits of detection and limits of quantification were in the ranges of 0.004 to 0.068 μg/L and 0.013 to 0.227 μg/L, respectively. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 84.0% to 122%, and the relative standard deviations were between 0.23% and 19%; these results indicate that the proposed method has good accuracy and stability. This method was used to determine PAEs in real influent samples from five wastewater treatment plants in the Pearl River Delta, where each plant employs different treatment processes. In addition to the common phthalates such as diisobutyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, dioctyl phthalate was also detected. Thus, the proposed method is suitable for the accurate analysis and determination of trace PAEs in real wastewater samples.
