消费品与人们日常生活密不可分。随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的逐年提高,消费品的质量和品质越来越受到广大消费者的普遍关注。近年来,新材料和新工艺不断涌现,在造福广大消费者的同时,也对消费品真实性检测鉴别提出了更高要求。精准可靠的检测鉴别技术是消费品打假鉴伪的治本之策。该文综述了感官检验、显微鉴别、理化检验、仪器分析和多元统计分析等技术在消费品真实性检测和质量溯源中的研究进展,并展望了其应用前景,旨在为消费品真实性检测和质量控制提供有益的技术参考。
Consumer products have close relationship with people′s daily lives.With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people′s living standards,the quality of consumer products has drawn increasing concerns from the majority of consumers.In recent years,new materials and technologies have continually emerged.While benefiting consumers,they have also put forward higher requirements for the authenticity and discrimination of consumer products.Accurate and reliable detection techniques are the fundamental measures against counterfeit consumer products.In this paper,the research progress of sensory inspection,microscopic identification,physical and chemical testing,instrumental analysis and multivariate statistical analysis in the authenticity detection and quality traceability of consumer products was reviewed,and the application prospects were discussed,aiming to provide a useful technical reference for the authenticity detection and quality control of consumer products.
