To support the efficient management and use of manuscripts, all submissions are systematically stored in the database of the journal's official website (https://www.fxcsxb.com). Upon publication, articles become publicly and permanently available free of charge on the website (https://www.fxcsxb.com). Users may read, download, copy, print, search, or link to the full texts, or use the articles for other lawful purposes.

The journal also complies with China's requirements for archiving scholarly publications. Print issues are deposited with the National Library of China each month for statutory preservation as part of the national documentary record. In addition, the full texts of electronic articles are submitted monthly, in accordance with the prescribed procedures, to major Chinese scholarly platforms, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, CQVIP, and the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), for permanent online preservation and wide dissemination.
