建立了测定塑胶跑道面层中46种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的顶空/气相色谱-质谱联用(HS/GC-MS)法。样品剪碎后加入三乙酸甘油酯,顶空进样,目标物经DB-624UI毛细管色谱柱分离后,在电子轰击源(EI)下进行选择离子扫描(SIM)定性分析,外标法定量。分别对色谱柱、升温程序、顶空参数和分散溶剂进行了优化。结果表明,在最优条件下,46种VOCs在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(

)均大于0.995,方法检出限(LOD)和定量下限(LOQ)分别为0.05~0.60 μg/g和0.10~1.20 μg/g,在3个不同加标水平下的平均加标回收率为82.9%~114%,相对标准偏差(RSD,

=6)为1.1%~5.6%。该方法前处理简单、检出限低、准确度高,满足塑胶跑道面层中VOCs快速定性定量分析的要求。
A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS/GC-MS) method for determination of 46 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in plastic track surface layer material was established. The sample was cut into small pieces,followed by adding glyceryl triacetate and injected by headspace. The target compounds were separated by DB-624UI capillary column,and then identified by selected ion monitoring(SIM) under electron bombardment source(EI),and quantified by external standard method. The chromatographic column,temperature program,headspace parameters and dispersion solvent were optimized respectively. The results showed that under the optimized conditions,46 VOCs exhibited good linearity over their own concentration ranges,the correlation coefficients(

) were all over than 0.995,the limits of detection(LODs) and limits of quantitation(LOQs)were 0.05-0.60 μg/g and 0.10-1.20 μg/g respectively,the average recoveries at three spiked levels were 82.9% -114%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,

=6) were 1.1%-5.6%. This method shows the advantages of simple pretreatment,low detection limit and high accuracy,which can meet the requirement of rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of VOCs in the plastic track surface layer material.
