Electrochemical Aptasensor Based on Bimetallic Composites for Detection of Sulfadimethoxine
The development of detection techniques for the accurate determination of sulfadimethoxine(SDM) is crucial in food safety. In this study,nickel-zinc bimetallic microflowers(Ni-Zn MFs) with excellent electrochemical activity were utilized as an electrochemical sensing platform,while reduced graphene oxide(rGO) modified with Aurum-Manganese nanoparticles(AuMn NPs) was introduced as an electrical signal hindering molecule(AuMn/rGO,AMG). On this basis,a highly sensitive biosensor for the determination of SDM was developed.
