真菌毒素污染是中药外源性有害残留物污染的主要方面之一,其污染的广泛性、隐蔽性和危害性严重影响了中药的品质与安全。随着中药全产业链中真菌毒素安全控制要求的不断提高,现场快速检测需求不断增加,快速检测技术在真菌毒素分析领域得到越来越多的关注与应用,并逐渐成为大型仪器分析技术的有益补充。该文综述了近年来快速检测技术在中药真菌毒素检测领域的最新研究进展,聚焦于应用较为广泛的酶联免疫吸附法、胶体金免疫层析法以及基于生物传感器的快速检测技术,并介绍了新型纳米材料在相关技术中发挥的功能性作用。通过系统比较不同快速检测技术的优缺点、适用场景和发展趋势,以期为中药中真菌毒素快检方法的开发与应用提供参考。
Mycotoxin contamination is one of the main aspects of exogenous harmful residue contamination in traditional Chinese medicine.Its widespread occurrence,covert nature,and serious health hazards significantly affect the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine products.With the increasing requirements for the safety control of mycotoxin throughout the entire traditional Chinese medicine industry chain,the demand for on-site rapid detection has been growing.Rapid detection techniques have gained more attention and application in the field of mycotoxin analysis,gradually becoming a valuable complement to large-scale instrument analysis techniques.An overview on the latest research progress in rapid detection techniques for mycotoxins in traditional Chinese medicine is provided in this article.It focuses on widely applied rapid detection techniques based on immunoassay and biosensors,as well as the functional roles of novel nanomaterials in related technologies.By systematically comparing the advantages,disadvantages,applicable scenarios,and development trends of different rapid detection techniques,the authors aim to provide a reference for the development and application of rapid detection methods for mycotoxin in traditional Chinese medicine.
