建立了QuEChERS/气相色谱-串联质谱快速测定化妆品中N-亚硝基二甲胺等10种N-亚硝胺类化合物含量的分析方法。采用QuEChERS法前处理,样品经乙腈提取后,使用EMR-Lipid dSPE增强型脂质去除净化管净化,以聚乙二醇石英毛细管柱HP-INNOWAX(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm)分离,在多反应监测模式下分析,外标法定量。结果表明,10种亚硝胺在0.5~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(,r ,> 0.999),检出限和定量下限分别为1 μg/kg和3 μg/kg。水、乳、膏霜、油、粉5种不同化妆品基质在5、50、200 μg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为80.5%~143%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于11%(,n ,= 6)。该方法前处理操作简便、快速,专属性强,灵敏度高,精密度、准确度均较好,可用于化妆品中10种亚硝胺含量的快速测定。
A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(GC-MS/MS) method was established for the simultaneous detection of 10 N-nitrosamines including N-nitrosodimethylamine in cosmetics. After pretreated by QuEChERS method,the samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then purified by enhanced lipid removal products(EMR-Lipid dSPE). The analytes were separated on a polyethylene glycol quartz column HP-INNOWAX(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 µm),then analyzed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode,and finally quantified by the external standard method. There were good linear relationships for the 10 N-nitrosamines in the range of 0.5-50 ng/mL,with their correlation coefficients(,r,) larger than 0.999. The limits of detection and limits of quantitation were 1 µg/kg and 3 µg/kg,respectively. The average recoveries for 10 N-nitrosamines at the spiked levels of 5, 50,200 µg/kg ranged from 80.5% to 143%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 11%(,n ,= 6). The developed method was simple,rapid,exclusive,sensitive,accurate and precise,and it could be applied in the rapid determination of 10 N-nitrosamines in cosmetics.
