建立了超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS)对不同水果中17种对羟基苯甲酸酯进行快速测定。样品采用甲醇进行超声提取,电喷雾电离源(ESI)、负离子扫描方式进行数据采集。对色谱条件、质谱条件、提取溶剂的种类及用量进行优化并对化合物裂解机理及基质效应进行分析。17种对羟基苯甲酸酯的基质曲线在2 ~ 200 μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数(,r,2,)均不小于0.997 5。该方法对17种对羟基苯甲酸酯的方法检出限为5 ~ 30 μg/kg,方法定量下限为20 ~ 100 μg/kg,平均回收率为70.7% ~ 117%,相对标准偏差为1.5% ~ 4.8%。该方法具有操作简便、快速高效、可操作性强的特点,可满足水果中对羟基苯甲酸酯类化合物的快速测定要求。
A method was established for the determination of 17 parabens in fruits by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS).The samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol.Data was acquisited with electrospray ionization(ESI) ion sources in negative ion mode.The chromatographic conditions,MS conditions,types and amounts of extraction solvents were optimized,and the cracking mechanisms and matrix effects of the compounds were analyzed.The matrix curves for 17 parabens showed good linear relationships in the range of 2-200 μg/L,with correlation coefficients(,r,2,) not less than 0.997 5.The limits of detection(LODs) and limits of quantitation(LOQs) were in the range of 5-30 μg/kg and 20-100 μg/kg,respectively.The average spiked recoveries ranged from 70.7% to 117%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 1.5%-4.8%.The method was simple,efficient and operable,and could satisfy the requirements for the rapid determination of parabens in fruits.
