为了准确分析环境空气中更多种类的卤代烃,基于苏玛罐加压采样,采用预浓缩仪结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析,建立了环境空气中包含氢氟烃(HFCs)、消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)、极短寿命卤代烃(VSLSs)、新污染物、有毒有害卤代烃等在内的45种卤代烃的测定方法。同时优化了预浓缩仪和GC-MS的分析条件,提高了方法的灵敏度和精准度。结果表明,45种目标物在0.10~2.50 nmol·mol
-1
范围内线性良好,相关系数(

)均不小于0.995 8,方法检出限为0.67~10.60 pmol·mol

,定量下限为2.69~42.41 pmol·mol

,空白加标回收率为85.1%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD,

=7)为2.2%~9.9%。将该方法应用于实际样品检测,共检出43种卤代烃。该方法简便快速、精准、灵敏、稳定,满足环境空气中卤代烃的测定需求。
To accurately analyze more halogenated hydrocarbons in ambient air,an effective method for the determination of 45 halogenated hydrocarbons in ambient air was established,including hydrofluorocarbons(HFCs),ozone-depleting substances(ODS),very short-lived substances(VSLSs),new pollutants,toxic and harmful halogenated hydrocarbons. This innovative approach employs pressurized sampling with a canister,and then analysis by the preconcentrator combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). At the same time,the analytical conditions of the preconcentrator and GC-MS were optimized to enhance the sensitivity and accuracy of the method. Results showed that the calibration curves for all compounds demonstrated excellent linearity within the range of 0.10
-2.50 nmol·mol
-1
,with the determination coefficients(
r

) not less than 0.995 8. The limits of detection and quantification were in the ranges of 0.67-10.60 pmol·mol
-1
and 2.69-42.41 pmol·mol
-1
,respectively. The recoveries of spiked blank ranged from 85.1% to 115%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,
n
=7) between 2.2% and 9.9%. The method was applied to the determination of real samples,and a total of 43 halogenated hydrocarbons were effectively determined. This method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and stable,and was suitable for the determination of halogenated hydrocarbons in ambient air.
