癌症标志物的检测在早期癌症诊断中非常重要,然而,这些标志物通常以非常低的浓度存在,特别是在肿瘤发展的早期。表面等离子体共振(SPR)是一种光学现象,通过检测生物传感芯片上配位体与分析物之间的相互作用可实时追踪生物分子间的相互作用,具有实时性和免标记等优势。SPR传感器在生命科学、医疗检测、药物筛选等领域具有广泛的应用。该文综述了SPR生物传感器在检测各种癌症(包括肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肝癌和前列腺癌)生物标志物方面的最新进展,从检测灵敏度等方面评估了各种SPR生物传感器的性能,并探讨了与SPR生物传感器有关的癌症生物标志物检测的局限性和未来发展方向。
The detection of cancer markers is crucial in early cancer diagnosis. However,these markers typically exist at very low concentrations,especially in the early stages of tumor development. Surface plasmon resonance(SPR) is an optical phenomenon that tracks the interactions between biomolecules in real-time by detecting the interactions between ligands and analytes on biosensing chips. It has advantages such as real-time performance and label free properties. SPR sensor has a wide range of applications in life sciences,medical testing,drug screening,and other fields. This paper reviews the latest progress of SPR biosensors in detecting various cancer biomarkers,including lung cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer,liver cancer and prostate cancer. The performance of various SPR biosensors was evaluated from the aspects of the detection limit. Furthermore,the limitations and future development directions of cancer biomarker detection based on SPR biosensors were discussed.
