A GC/μECD method was established for the simultaneous detection of 10 chlorinated phenols in fungus. The fungus samples were hydrolyzed with H2SO4,evaporated and acetylated with acetic anhydride, then extracted with n hexane. After concentrated and setting the volume, chlorinated phenols were analyzed by GC/μECD and quantified by the external method. The experimental results showed that good linear relationships between peak area and concentrations of chlorinated phenols were obtained in the range of 0.010-0.50 mg?L-1,with correlation coefficients more than 0.995.The method detection limits were in the range of 0.5-2.0 μg?kg-1,and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 83.4%-103.5% with relative standard deviations of 1.5%-10.2%.
