Zebrafish,as an important model organism,offers more means for researching in human diseases.However,the conventional multi-well plates and standard liquid handling techniques procedures generally used in the zebrafish research are limited by the low throughput,low automatization,and imprecise delivery of external stimulation.Microfluidics platform,as an emerging technology is attractive to many researchers with marvelous advantages.In this review,the disease models of zebrafish were summarized,and the research and process of zebrafish or their embryos with the microfluidic platform were introduced in detail.Furthermore,the trends of future development were also discussed.
