分散液液微萃取是一种基于传统液液萃取的新型样品前处理技术。该文以分散液液微萃取技术中萃取剂的筛选为出发点,综述了低密度萃取剂、辅助萃取剂、反萃取剂和离子液体等低毒性萃取剂在该技术中的应用,以及应用自制装置、溶剂去乳化、悬浮萃取剂固化,辅助萃取,反萃取和离子液体-分散液液微萃取等萃取模式;并简要评述了该技术与液液萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、分散固相萃取、基质固相分散萃取、超临界流体萃取、超声辅助萃取等其他样品前处理技术的联用特性。
Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) is a novel sample preparation technique,which is based on the traditional liquid-liquid extraction.In the past few years,it has always grabbed the attention of researchers in the field of separation and analysis for the merit of utilization of μL level of extraction solvent,and it also shows a superior separation efficiency and a strong enrichment ability.In this paper,low toxic extractant solvents such like low density solvent,auxiliary solvent,back extraction solvent and ionic liquid,and the relevant microextraction mode,such as utilizing self made devices,solvent demulsification,solidification of a floating organic drop,uxiliary solvent extraction,back extraction and ionic liquid based DLLME were briefly reviewed according to the selection of extraction solvent.In the end,extraction characteristics of DLLME combined with other extraction techniques like liquid-liquid extraction,solid-phase extraction,solid-phase microextraction,dispersive solid-phase extraction,matrix solid phase dispersion extraction,super critical extraction,ultrasonic assisted extraction were also briefly reviewed.
