Aptamer is a subparagraph ligonucleotide sequence screened in vitro,and has a high affinity and strong specificity to combine with corresponding ligands.Thymine(T) bases can combine specially with Hg2+ to form the structure of T-Hg2+-T,which is more stable than the double helix of DNA.Based on this structure,an aptamer electrochemical sensor was fabricated to detect Hg2+,and it showed the advantages of high specificity,stability and sensitivity.In this paper,the developed aptamer electrochemical sensors for Hg2+ detection in recent years are summarized and reviewed.The fabrication processes and the detection mechanisms of this kind of sensors are reported in detail,the merit and demerit of the aptamer electrochemical sensor are analyzed.Finally,the developoing prospect for the sensors in the future are put forward,and 83 references are cited.
