Construction of Novel Coumarin-based Fluorescent Probes towards Fe3+ and Its Applications in Water Sample and Biological Imaging
“Researchers have designed and synthesized a novel coumarin based fluorescent probe CAM, which exhibits complete fluorescence quenching in the presence of Fe3+. The detection limit is as low as 5.27 × 10-8 mol/L, and it has fast response, good water solubility, and strong anti-interference ability. This probe, combined with smartphone intelligent recognition technology, can be used to detect Fe3+in tap water and lake water, and has been successfully applied in biological imaging studies of cells and mice.”
