摘要

建立了测定粮谷中3种新型除草剂（烯草胺、嘧氟磺草胺和三唑酰草胺）残留量的QuEChERS/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UPLC-MS/MS）法。样品经1%乙酸乙腈溶液提取后，采用QuEChERS法净化，净化液在乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液流动相体系下经ACQUITY UPLC

HSS T3（2.1 mm×100 mm，1.8 μm）色谱柱梯度洗脱分离，采用电喷雾离子源电离（ESI），正离子模式，多反应监测（MRM）方式进行测定，基质匹配

外标法定量。结果表明，3种分析物在0.5~100 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性良好，相关系数（

）均大于0.996；3种除草剂的检出限均为0.005 mg/kg，其中烯草胺、嘧氟磺草胺的定量下限为0.01 mg/kg，三唑酰草胺的定量下限为0.02 mg/kg；平均回收率为81.3%~107%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.64%~6.0%。应用该方法在实际粮谷样品中检出2批烯草胺阳性样品（检出量分别为0.057、0.15 mg/kg），表明该方法适用于粮谷样品中上述3种除草剂的检测。

Abstract

A method was proposed for determination of 3 novel herbicides（pethoxamid，pyrimisulfan，ipfencarbazone） residues in grains by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC-MS/MS） in combination with QuEChERS pretreatment technology. Samples were extracted with 1% acetic acid in acetonitrile，cleaned up by developed QuEChERS method. The extracts were chromatographically separated using a Waters ACQUITY UPLC

HSS T3 chromatographic column（2.1 mm×100 mm，1.8 μm） and a gradient elution was carried out using acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid in water. Confirmation was achieved using electrospray ionization（ESI） in positive mode with multiple reaction monitoring（MRM） and quantification by matrix-matched external standard method. The results showed that 3 analytes had good linearity in the concentration ranges of 0.5-100 ng/mL，with correlation coefficient more than 0.996. The limits of detection（LODs） of 3 herbicides were 0.005 mg/kg. The limits of quantitation（LOQs） for pethoxamid and pyrimisulfan were 0.01 mg/kg，and the LOQ of ipfencarbazone was 0.02 mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 81.3%-107%，with relative standard deviations（RSDs） between 0.64%-6.0%. The method successfully identified pethoxamid residues at contents of 0.057 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg in two distinct grain sample batches，further validating its efficacy for detecting pethoxamid，pyrimisulfan，and ipfencarbazone in grain samples.
