手性农药是一类典型的手性有机污染物,理化性质相似,但其环境归趋和生物效应与对映体的立体选择性有关。为了更好地评估不同对映体的立体选择性行为,需要从对映体水平对手性农药进行准确定量,目前关于手性农药的检测分析方法已被大量报道。该文通过介绍手性农药在环境中的归趋,归纳了不同检测分析方法如色谱法/色谱-质谱联用法、光谱法和电化学法等的特点,并讨论了常规方法和新兴技术在手性农药中的应用,为后续研究手性农药的生物转化和代谢等提供了支撑。
Chiral pesticides,a widely used chiral pollutant,have similar physicochemical properties,but the environmental fate and biological effect of chiral pesticides are in connection with the stereoselectivity of their enantiomers. In order to better evaluate the stereoselective behavior of different enantiomers,it is necessary to accurately quantify the contents of chiral pesticides from the enantiomer level. Currently,the detection methods of chiral pesticides have been extensively reported. The fate of chiral pesticides in the environment is introduced in this article,summarizing the characteristics of different detection and analysis methods such as chromatography/chromatography-mass spectrometry,spectroscopy and electrochemical methods and discussing the application of conventional methods and emerging technologies in chiral pesticides. It can provide analytical technical support for the subsequent research on the biotransformation and metabolism of chiral pesticides.
