由食品接触材料中高关注物质迁移而导致的食品安全问题已成为当今社会的重点关注领域。这些有意添加物和非有意添加物具有种类复杂、无标准谱图和标准品等特点,使其识别鉴定、定量检测与安全评估面临着众多技术挑战。发展快速、准确、灵敏的食品接触材料检测技术,实现高关注迁移物的准确定量检测是食品接触材料安全研究和管理的关键。该文简要介绍了近年来食品接触材料检测技术的新进展,包括高关注物质与非有意添加物的分析方法,以及绿色环保型食品接触材料的研究进展,并对食品接触材料检测技术未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望,以期为食品接触材料检测技术领域的进一步发展提供参考。
Food safety problems caused by the migration of hazardous substances have become an important focus of society.The intentionally or non-intentionally added substances are characterized with complex types and strong unpredictability,which has make many technical challenges in the identification,quantitative determination and safety assessment of them.The key to the safety research and management of food contact materials is to develop rapid,accurate and sensitive techniques for the detection of food contact materials so as to realize the accurate and quantitative detection of migrants with high concern.This paper briefly introduces the new progress on detection techniques for food contact materials in recent years,including analysis methods for substances of very high concern and non-intentionally added substances,research progress of green packaging materials,and the development trend in analysis techniques for food contact materials,in order to provide a reference for the further development of detection techniques in the field of food contact materials.
