Rapid Analysis of Trace Thiram in Fruits and Vegetables Based on a Hydrophobic Interface-SERS Platform
“Based on the porous surface infiltration method, experts constructed a hydrophobic interface SERS detection platform to simulate and calculate the three-dimensional "hotspot" formation process of silver nanoparticles. The infiltration time, heating voltage, laser power, and the volume ratio of the substrate solution to the test solution were optimized. A rapid analysis method for trace amounts of fumarate in fruit and vegetable samples was established, with a detection linear range of 0.05-2.0 μ mol/L, a detection limit of 0.02 μ mol/L, a spiked recovery rate of 89.2% -113%, and RSD of 2.1% -7.0% (n=3). This method is sensitive and accurate, providing a new approach for rapid analysis of trace amounts of fumarate in fruits and vegetables.”
