摘要

大气压基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱（AP-MALDI-MS）是一种在大气压环境下进行电离的质谱分析技术，具有高通量、高灵敏度、样品消耗少、实时直接分析的特点，是生物学、医学、植物科学及食品科学等多学科研究的有力分析工具。近年来，AP-MALDI-MS技术的迅速发展和广泛应用使其成为研究者密切关注的焦点。该文综述了AP-MALDI-MS技术在生物大分子分析、质谱成像、小分子检测及非靶向筛查等关键领域的研究进展。同时文章深入讨论了其应用潜力与局限性，旨在为AP-MALDI-MS技术的进一步发展提供参考。

Abstract

Atmospheric pressure matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry （AP-MALDI-MS） is an analytical technique that performs ionization in an atmospheric pressure environment. It has become a powerful analytical tool for multidisciplinary research in biology，medicine，plant science and food science with high throughput，high sensitivity，low sample consumption and direct real-time analysis. In recent years，the rapid development and widespread application of AP-MALDI-MS technology has made it a focus of attention for researchers. This review provides an overview of the latest research progress on its application in key areas，including the analysis of biological macromolecules，mass spectrometry imaging，small molecule detection and non-targeted screening. It also delves into its potential applications and limitations，with the aim of providing a reference for the further development of AP-MALDI-MS technology.
