摘要

利用自制的简单装置和K3Fe(CN)6 在碱性条件下氧化维生素B1 的反应

在激发波长372nm、发射波长460nm处

监视反应的进行

记录荧光强度与时间关系曲线

测得最大荧光强度。方法线性范围为5.40～4.32×103 μg/L

相关系数为0.9998

检出限为1.44μg/L

相对标准偏差为2.1 % (n=12)

方法应用于药物制剂中维生素B1 的测定

回收率在95 %～104 %之间

结果令人满意
