A GC-MS/MS was used to study the migration of 3 plasticizers(i.e.DIBP,DEHP and DEHA) in PVC plastics into olive oil after microwave heating. The influences of the heating time and the power of microwave on the migration of plasticizers were studied, and comparation between microwave heating and traditional with water bath was made. The results showed that the migration was increased with the increase of the power of microwave and heating time. When the heating time is the same, the migration of plasticizers into olive oil under microwave heating was noticeably higher than that by the traditional heating.
