Several sample pretreatment techniques for the trace extraction,enrichment and concentration of pesticide residues in cereals,oil crops and tea before their rapid determinations,including supercritical fluid extraction,accelerated solvent extraction,stir bar sorptive extraction,QuEChERS,solid phase microextraction and online gel permeation chromatography,etc,were reviewed.The important role of sample pretreatment was cited,and the principles,advantages,and scope of application of these techniques were introduced.This article could provide a reference for the development of test technology in detection of pesticide residues in cereals,oil crops and tea.
