Preparation of Nano Transition Metal Oxides by Hydrothermal Method and Its Electrochemical Sensors Applications in the Field of Food Safety
Nanomaterials,such as Fe2O3,CoO,MnO2 and ZnO,due to their unique properties,are widely applied in the development of electrochemical sensors.This article is focused on introducing the hydrothermal methods for preparation of nano transition metal oxides.The application progress of novel electrochemical sensors in food safety based on transition metal oxides is reviewed .
