A rapid method was established for the determination of clopidol in chicken by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water.The extract was frozen to remove the lipid within,and derivated with propionic anhydride.Then,it was analyzed by GC-MS/MS under MRM mode.The calibration curve for clopidol was linear in the concentration range of 0.5-40 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4.The limit of quantitation for this method was 5.0 μg/kg.The average recoveries at spiked concentrations of 5.0,10,20 μg/kg ranged from 101.5% to 111.8%,with relative standard deviations less than 7.7%.The method is simple,quick and high sensitive,and could be applied to detect clopidol residues in real samples.
