The toxicological effects of chiral pesticide enantiomers on organisms,as well as residues and metabolic transformation in organisms are different due to the differences in the properties of enantiomers.Agricultural products as an important source of food are closely related to human health,so it is very important to distinguish the enantiomer residues of chiral pesticides in agricultural products.By retrieving the literature articles published in recent years on the analysis of chiral pesticide residues in agricultural products,the applicationes of different chromatographic techniques such as gas chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,liquid chromatography and convergent chromatography are summarized,analyzed and prospected in this paper.It provides a reference for the further research on enantiomers of chiral pesticides in agricultural products.
