we describe the research states of DNA sequencing and the advantages of the application of graphene nanomaterials.The different current signals generated by DNA chains through graphenenanopore
graphenenanogap and graphene nanoribbon to identify base sequences are discussed in detail.The effect of interaction between DNA chains and graphene on DNA sequencing isfurther discussed
