본 논문은 암모니아 매질에서 크롬 (Ⅲ, Ⅵ) - α,α’- 바이리딘 - 아질산나트륨 계통의 전기화학적 거동을 연구하였다. 미량 크롬을 측정하는 방법을 확립하였다. 크롬 측정 범위는 0.004～0.028 μg/mL 및 0.04～0.23 μg/mL이며, 검출 한계는 2.0×10-3 μg/mL로 생물 시료 내 고품질 크롬 측정에 사용되며 변이 계수는 0.8%이다.
