-CDEP)复合材料为磁性固相萃取剂,建立了磁性固相萃取/气相色谱灵敏测定8种多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法。考察了吸附剂用量、萃取时间、解吸溶剂种类及解吸时间等对MPC@
β
-CDEP的萃取性能影响。在优化条件下,8种PCBs在1~500 μg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数(
r
2
)大于0.995,检出限为0.022~0.030 µg/kg,定量下限为0.072~0.10 μg/kg。将此方法用于草鱼和黑鱼样品中PCBs检测,加标回收率为86.1%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于8.0%。该方法具有前处理简单、萃取时间短、线性范围广、灵敏度高、准确度和精密度好等优点,可用于实际样品中多种PCBs的高效快速检测。

-CDEP) c
omposites as magnetic solid-phase extraction agent. Effects of the amount of adsorbent,extraction time,type of desorption solvent,and desorption time on the extraction performance of MPC@
β
-CDEP were investigated. Under the optimized conditions,the 8 kinds of PCBs showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 1-500 μg/L. The correlation coefficients(
r
2
) were greater than 0.995. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.022-0.030 µg/kg and 0.072-0.10 μg/kg,respectively. The method was applied to determine PCBs in grass carp and channa argus samples. The recoveries were 86.1%-106% and relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 8.0%. The developed method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,short extraction time,wide linear range,high sensitivity,good accuracy and precision,and can be applied to the efficient and rapid detection of multiple PCBs in real samples.
