    • This article introduces its research progress in the field of antibody development. Relevant experts used integrated multi enzyme gradient enzymatic hydrolysis and mass spectrometry strategies to perform de novo sequencing on three humanized pan coronavirus neutralizing antibodies. By comparing the performance of the three assembly algorithms, it was found that the Fusion algorithm performed excellently in light and heavy chain coverage and accuracy, providing a reliable sequence analysis basis for the rational design and development of pan coronavirus neutralizing antibodies.
