摘要

该研究通过煅烧法成功制备了含V

的V

/NC复合纳米酶（V

-V

/NC，NC为氮掺杂碳材料），并对其进行了形貌、成分及结构等表征分析。V

-V

/NC具有丰富的多孔结构和优异的类过氧化物酶活性（POD）。V

可提高V

/NC的催化活性，促进H

产生‧O

进而氧化无色3，3'，5，5'-四甲基联苯胺（TMB）生成蓝色氧化态TMB（oxTMB）。Mn

加入到显色体系中会产生络合现象，使溶液由蓝色变为无色，基于此，构建了具有良好选择性和灵敏度的Mn

可视化比色检测方法。结果表明，Mn

浓度与652 nm处吸光度值呈线性关系，检测范围为0.01~50 µmol/L，检出限为3.3 nmol/L。该比色检测方法操作简便、成本低廉，为Mn

快速检测提供了一种可行且可靠的选择。

Abstract

The objective of this study was to develop a rapid and straightforward visual colorimetric detection method for Mn

. A V

-incorporated V

/NC composite nanozyme（V

-V

/NC，where NC represents nitrogen-doped carbon material） was successfully synthesized via a calcination process. The morphology，composition，and s

tructure of the as-fabricated V

-V

/NC were characterized and analyzed in detail. This nanomaterial exhibited a rich porous structure and remarkable peroxidase-like activity（POD）. Notably，the presence of V

significantly enhances the catalytic activity of V

/NC，promoting the generation of superoxide radicals（·O

） from H

，which subsequently oxidizes the colorless 3，3'，5，5'-tetramethylbenzidine（TMB） into blue oxidized TMB（oxTMB）. The introduction of Mn

into the chromogenic system triggered complexation to convert the solution from blue to colorless. Leveraging this phenomenon，we developed a visual colorimetric detection method for Mn

that offered high selectivity and sensitivity. A satisfactory linearity existed between Mn

concentration and 652 nm absorbance with a linear range of 0.01-50 µmol/L and a detection limit of 3.3 nmol/L. This colorimetric approach is both simple and cost-effective，thereby providing a viable and reliable solution for rapid Mn

detection.
