摘要

针对过量的磷酸盐会导致水体富营养化，对生态环境有着重大威胁且目前磷酸盐检测技术存在成本高、耗时长、不能满足快速检测等问题，该文基于磷钼蓝比色法建立了一种快速测定水体中磷酸盐含量的智能手机数字比色法（SDC）。探究了不同智能手机型号、RGB值、拍摄倍数、光源的种类及光强度等因素对数字比色法测定磷酸盐结果的影响。结果表明，以HUAWEI P50e手机、R-通道值作为测定值、3×拍摄倍数、白色光源以及高光强条件下，磷酸盐的Red值（

值）在0~800 μg·L

-1

范围内呈良好的线性关系（

=0.997 6）；方法检出限为1.63 μg·L

-1

，定量下限为4.89 μg·L

-1

。在优化条件下，对100、400 μg·L

-1

磷酸盐溶液平行测定10次的相对标准偏差（RSD）分别为0.35%和0.31%，400 μg·L

-1

磷酸盐的日内、日间RSD（

=5）分别为0.38%和0.42%。将该法应用于4种不同实际水体（自来水、雨水、思雅河水、白云湖水）中磷酸盐的检测，加标回收率为96.1%~101%，表明方法可行且结果准确可靠，为实现现场快速测定水环境中磷酸盐提供了新思路。

Abstract

A reduction in the level of phosphate in water bodies will result in the eutrophication of these ecosystems，which represents a significant threat to the

ecological environment. Moreover，the existing phosphate detection technology is costly，time-consuming，and unable to meet the requirements for rapid detection and other pertinent criteria. A smartphone digital colorimetry （SDC） method based on phosphomolybdenum blue colorimetry was developed for the rapid determination of phosphate content in water bodies. The impact of diverse smartphone models，RGB values，shooting magnification，light source type and light intensity on the outcomes of SDC was examined in the experiments. The findings illustrated a favourable linear correlation between the red value（

-value） of phosphate and the HUAWEI P50e mobile phone within the concentration range of 0-800 μg·L

-1

，with the

value of 0.997 6. The variables included the red-channel value as the assay value，3× filming magnification，a white light source，and a high light intensity condition. The limit of detection of the method was 1.63 μg·L

-1

and the limit of quantitation was 4.89 μg·L

-1

. Under the optimized conditions，two different concentrations of phosphate solutions，with the 100 μg·L

-1

and 400 μg·L

-1

，were measured 10 times in parallel and the relative standard deviations（RSDs） were calculated to be 0.35% and 0.31%，respectively. Morever，the 400 μg·L

-1

phosphate were further examined with intraday/interday RSDs（

=5） of 0.38% and 0.42%，respectively. The SDC method was employed for the determination of phosphate in four distinct real water bodies（tap water，rainwater，Siya River water and Baiyun Lake water），with spiked recoveries ranging from 96.1% to 101%. This indicates that the method is both feasible and accurate，providing a novel approach for the rapid determination of phosphate in aquatic environments in the field.
